How reliable is Cloud Email?

With your email in the Cloud, you're free to use ANY method to connect to the internet. You are not scuppered by the broadband in your office going down, as wireless broadband is now widely available, not to mention Wifi Hotspots in most metropolitan areas. When you connect to the internet using another method, you have all the same features, because you're not tied to an office-based email server for those features.

With our Cloud Email service, you never need worry about backing up emails again, as this all happens automatically in the Cloud. Despite the widespread awareness of the importance of regular backups, we find many small businesses don't get around to it. With Cloud Email, you are not risking the loss of your entire correspodence history when the hard disk of your PC or laptop dies.

Are there any other benefits?

Delete an unwanted email on one device, and you'll not see it again on your other devices. Emails you've read on one device, show as "read" on all your other devices, particularly useful if you share a mailbox with a colleague.

What is the cost?

We charge a simple £50 charge (+ VAT ) for each user, which covers one year. You can reuse old mailboxes for new members of staff when they leave. This includes a 2 Gigibyte mailbox.
